Live Tuscan Kale Hydroponic Seedling – Ready to Transplant
Tuscan Kale hydroponic seedlings, also known as Lacinato or Dinosaur Kale, are elegant, deeply textured greens with long, narrow, dark blue-green leaves and a rich, earthy flavor that is sweeter and more tender than curly kale. At this growth stage, they feature distinctive pebbled foliage and a well-established root system ready for transplanting. Tuscan Kale (Brassica oleracea var. palmifolia) thrives in cool temperatures with full to partial sun, maturing in 60–70 days and becoming even sweeter after a frost. It is exceptionally rich in vitamins A, C, and K, calcium, and antioxidants. Use Tuscan Kale in soups like ribollita, massaged kale salads, pasta, grain bowls, smoothies, and as a hearty sautéed side dish.
*** All seedlings are grown hydroponically in a one inch rockwool.
