Grow Healthy Eat Healthy Return & Refund Policy
At Grow Healthy Eat Healthy, we take great pride in the health and vitality of our hydroponic seedlings. Because we are dealing with live plants, our return policy differs from standard retail items.
1. Live Arrival Guarantee
We guarantee that your seedlings will arrive in healthy, viable condition. However, because these are perishable living organisms, we cannot accept physical returns. Once a plant has left our facility and been delivered, it cannot be safely integrated back into our nursery for biosecurity and plant health reasons.
2. Issues Upon Arrival
If your seedlings arrive damaged, wilted beyond recovery, or otherwise in poor health, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
To file a claim:
Email us at info@GrowHealthyEatHealthy.com with your order number.
Attach clear photos and/or videos of the plants and the packaging. No claim will be considered without clear photos and/or videos of the internal and external packaging along with the product. Â
Provide a brief description of the issue.
Note: Natural variations in size, leaf shape, or slight "transit stress" (minor drooping or a yellow leaf) are normal and do not qualify for a replacement.
3. Solutions for Damaged Plants
If we determine the plants were damaged during transit or were defective upon shipping, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:
Replacement: We will ship out new seedlings at no cost to you (subject to seasonal availability).
Store Credit: A digital gift card for the value of the affected plants.
4. Exceptions / Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot offer replacements or refunds for the following:
Neglect: Failure to unpack and water/transfer seedlings promptly upon delivery.
Incorrect Care: Damage caused by improper light, pH levels, or nutrient burn after delivery.
Wrong Address: Packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer entry error.
Weather: Extreme heat or cold damage if the package was left outside for an extended period after delivery.
5. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled for a full refund as long as the order has not yet been processed for shipping. Once the plants have been pulled from our hydroponic systems and packed, we can no longer cancel the order.
